How to add a fragment identifier or fragment fragment for a fragment in ViewPager

Question

I have tabs + ViewPager in an android app.

From the main action, I want to send some data to these fragments. How to get these fragments in the first place? I suppose I need to usegetSupportFragmentManager().findFragmentById(R.id.--)

How to set an identifier or tag first?
