HttpWebRequest via C # and UTF-8 encoding

Question

I am trying to send some HttpWebRequest Greek data to my electronic store using C #. The problem is that there are Greek characters in the online store. looks like???????? ??????? 150?250

My C # code is below. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

byte[] byteArray = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(postData);

This encoding supports special characters, such as Greek letters, which are not included in the ASCII equivalent
