Why does my Rails application use encoded transfer coding?

I do not use streamanywhere in my application, but the answers are still sent usingtransfer-encoding: chunked

Extra Secret # 1: lowercase title

Additional secret # 2: there is etag, which by default in rails is calculated using the md5 body, which cannot be done in the streaming case.
