Save signal after reboot in Android

I am new to android. I was looking through the manual and reading the following:

Registered alarms are retained while the device is asleep (and can optionally wake the device up if they go off during that time), but will be cleared if it is turned off and rebooted

Can the alarm be saved in the application. If so, can you tell me how.

Could you provide me the code.

That should make you. In short, you save your app from monitoring the alarm itself. Instead, you tell the system to track it for you and simply create a class that should be woken up by the system after the alarm goes off.
