Is it well known that RavenDB checks for the presence of RavenDb or checks how overloaded it is at any given time? I looked through some ravendb API services. It seems that I did not find it to monitor health. Is there an official ravendb tool or something that can accomplish what I'm looking for?
Look at the endpoint of Statistics , which, it seems to me, as close as RavenDB, to what you are asking. For proper health monitoring, you may need to minimize your own solution, which wraps the statistics endpoint using IIS monitoring.
