Eclipse giving the error "Exception of an incomplete event loop." No longer processed

I get this error every 1-2 minutes when I open the eclipse editor. I downloaded a new eclipse, still getting the same error with a new eclipse installed. It was very depressing. Anyone have any knowledge about it.I am using eclipse Juno enter image description here. The following is the error I get

After a long time, this problem was finally resolved. Nothing scanned my system with an antivirus. There might be some kind of virus problem causing the strange behavior of eclipse.
