I use Rally for project management in my previous organization, and now I have to use Jira Agile for the same work in the new organization. It’s hard for me to understand how JIRA Agile works, and was unable to get hold of the instrument after a week of struggle. I sort of expert help for what I would like to achieve. I have been using JIRA for many years as a bug reporting tool, but not as project management software.
All I want to do is create Epics and Stories, assign it to a specific issue or sprint. At the rally, it’s straight. Here are some images.
I might as well see a burnout as soon as I make the above setup and / qa developers will start to burn or burn the clock.
