Here are the steps to install the drools plugin in eclipse.

• Run eclipse
• Help → Install New Software
• In the "Work with: or site: enter" field, enter: " http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/5.4.0.Final/org.drools.updatesite/ " and click the "Add" button
• For a name, you can simply enter "Drools"
• Check the Drools and jBPM boxes and follow the instructions to install it.
