Visual Studio 2013 (Performance Tools) - Color Option Help: How to Set Text Color in Intellisense

Question

I cannot find how to change the text color of Intellisense tooltip (?)

I have a dark outline, but when I change “Help Text - Text” to white, there is no change in intellisense (the color is still black text)
