I am launching a game based on GWT + GAE that contains many static image files (~ 25 MB, mostly packaged as a JS GWT package). Currently we have about 450 active users and about 30 registrations per day. These numbers are pretty constant from two weeks. At max, they generated about 10 GB of traffic per day. But something very strange happened last week: in the middle of the week, November 19, usage increased to 40 GB , and since then it has remained at that level.
I’ve been studying this since two days, but without any results so far, so I need your help and ideas, since billing support ignores me.
Data:
Date / DAU / Bandwidht
15.11 / 385 / 6.5 GB
16.11 / 585/9 GB
17.11 / 660/10 GB
18.11 / 451/12 GB
19.11 / 455/46 GB
20.11 / 438/42 GB
21.11 / 429/44 GB
There is a huge increase in outgoing bandwidth, but when we analyze the diagrams from the control panel, it is not clear why this is happening (due to the fact that there is no new message with a direct image - sorry):

In the 19th, we did not deploy the new version or change the configuration of the application.
We also examined the bandwidth-related components (blob, mail, channel api), but nothing changed on that day.
Like the next time, I downloaded the logs from all days and summed up all the response sizes, I got the following result:
18.11: 3.9 GB
19.11: 4.2 GB
20.11: 3.8 GB
21.11: 4.1 GB
