Search string in two dimensional java string array

My two-dimensional array of rows looks like this: enter image description here
The first column contains the characters of many rows, the other columns contain additional data for the character.
I want to find a string (maybe change the character of an array) in this array to get all matching indices (start-end). For example, when searching with the " next " key, the result should be [5 - 8], [13 - 16] (the selected parts in the image above).
Soon I need a method similar to this:
