Sublime Text 3 Does not recognize% I'm in ruby

I am using the latest build of Sublime Text 3. When I type in %i[foo bar]Sublime, it does not seem to recognize this, and I am not getting the correct selection.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is it possible to fix this at my end or is this what Sublime HQ should have fixed?
