CRM 2011 and 2013 open mobile on IE 11

Question

I just upgraded to IE 11, and when I enter CRM 2013, it brings me to the mobile version of the application. The same with 2013.

Does anyone else experience this? Any ideas on how to fix this other than changing the browser mode?

A quick fix to this issue is to add /main.aspxa URL at the end.

eg. your CRM URL will be http://xyz:5555/orgname, and then just add to it http://xyz:5555/orgname/main.aspxand you should have access to CRM normally.

• Go to the tools and open the "Compatibility View Settings". "Add this site" must have the domain of the site you have already visited, so click "Add."
• Close the windows and refresh the website, which does not display properly. It should, I hope, now display as it should.
