In this tutorial, what is a "class that extends DroidGap",

I just made Cordoba Hello, World tutorial, and now I'm trying to add a splash screen. the textbook says

In the onCreate method of the class that extends DroidGap, add after two lines.

What is a class that extends DroidGap? How to find him? What is this tutorial talking about?

The intro tutorial suggests changing the superclass of your new main class to DroidGapinstead of the standard ( Activity) - so you created and called "the class that extends DroidGap"; what is the reason they describe it like that. This is your intro Activity/ main class project .

DroidGap is mainly used when we integrate PhoneGap into our Android app. Instead of our business, we must expand our core class with DroidGap in order to work with Phonegap applications.
