The text does not always change correctly in the plugin after resizing

I wrote an Awesomium 1.7.2 plugin that displays a bunch of text and contains several buttons. Although the plugin is functioning fine, I have some weird display issues.

I have a separate program, which I sometimes "Dock" at the top of my computer screen. When I do this, the text inside my Awesomium window is a little distorted (see screenshots below). This is because this window THINKS that it is maximized, but the screen is compressed by 20-30 pixels; regardless of the height of this separate, attached window.

Other programs seem smart enough to display text appropriately when I add / remove my docked program. Also, when I browse these web pages directly in a web browser, they change correctly after changing the dock. This only happens when they are inside this Awesomium control, where they do not respond properly to another downloaded program. How can I make my html controls behave this way inside an Awesomium window?

Update: I also tried using 1.7.3, but the problem still exists.

Update: I also posted this question on answers.awesomium.com and awesomium.zendesk.com , but this did not help.
