Socket Exceptions Observed During Load Testing

Question

We conduct load testing using VSTS 2010 for a specific application, and we observe many socket exceptions with an error:

SocketException The connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond properly after a certain period of time or the connection could not be established because the connected host could not respond . . * . : 443.

We have 2 agents through which we conduct a load test. We cannot find out if there is a problem with the machines or network problems of the agent.
