Does the hash at the end of the URL change the page layout?

Is there any reason that could lead to it having different layouts like page.html and page.html # sectionid?

I have a problem with http://mintclean.ca/new/about-mintclean/ and http://mintclean.ca/new/about-mintclean/#difference , which technically should be the same page, with only one starts to scroll down. However, the second has a white space under the footer, and the first does not.

I can’t figure out what’s going on for a living - the problem is completely consistent between browsers. Any help in understanding what is going on will be greatly appreciated!

You need to clean the floats inside <footer>, so after class .site-info f3add padding-bottom: 0;to yours <footer>. I think this should do it.

I see what you use clear: both;for the footer, but this does not clear the elements inside.
