I sometimes got this error (image below) (not always), which means that my equipment is in order (?).
Each time I received this error, I tried to take a walk by starting the virtual machine inside HyperV Manager ( After upgrading to Windows 8.1, I could not start the Windows Phone emulator without a memory error ).
But now, even when I started it, it still didn't work (image below).
Errors occurred when I started using Application Deployment to test an xap file in a WVGA emulator (not 512 MB WVGA), the emulator did not start, and after this version of any version of the emulator I tried the same error.
