I want to make a project that should be compatible for all devices (desktop, mobile and tablets).
I am trying to look at the basics of 5 on IE 7, and the result is a bad interface. but bootstrap 3, its still looking good.
But I have not yet analyzed for other things, for example, better SEO, a lightweight structure, a bug for mobile / tablets / desktop computers, the latest technology.
Can anyone talk about the above things? thanks
