Calling R (2.15.3) from R (3.0.2)

I would like to be able to call R (2.15.3) from R (3.0.2). To use the package (binary Windows, not on the tap), which is available only in the old version of R. Is this possible?

You can invoke an older version of R using the system()appropriate hacks in your OS. Something strange, and opens up a lot of opportunities for serious damage to your computer when you get into it with disappointment.
