How to implement registration / register in android?

Question

I want to configure a user registration, consisting of several steps. Each step will be highlighted in the form of bars. The dark gray bar will be completed and the light gray bar will be the step to be completed. Kant doesn't seem to think about how to do this. Please suggest.

We can see this in myfitnesspal subscription. I highlighted this in a red frame in the image below.
