.NET Support WebApi jsonapi.org

Question

Does anyone know if there is a media formatter there to support the jsonapi.org specification (application / vnd.api + json).

If someone did not start (or did not start) a project to implement this?

To date, there seems to be no answer. The best I could find is this guy: http://www.emadibrahim.com/2014/04/09/emberjs-and-asp-net-web-api-and-json-serialization/ , and this only applies the tiny part of the problem.
