Netmap / PF_RING and TCP segmentation Offload and large offload

In user space, is the network stack supported by Netmap or PF_RING an ability to lose the load on TCP segmentation and / or lose the large received offload?

The only place where I can find everything that mentions offloading NIC wrt Netmap or PF_RING is in Netmap: a new structure for fast packet I / O , but this is not obvious to me if it is used or if it works transparently in the network adapter:

Popular hardware features related to TCP acceleration, for example, hardware match or even encryption, Tx Segmentation fl oading, Great reception, completely orthogonal to our proposal: they reduce some processing on the host stack, but do not address communication with the device.

Thank you for your time and happy holidays!

PF_RING and netmap work directly with the NIC and its rings. Technologies such as TCO and LRO implemented in NIC dirvers (e.g. ixgbe dix sources). Only the way to have such functions implements them independently in your software.
