How to dynamically change django_tables2 table by ajax request

Question

I want the django_tables2 table to be able to add new rows at the top, as new data is coming from the server (perhaps by polling or maybe by clicking). I don’t want to refresh the server page, just scroll through the existing lines and add new lines at the top.

I know that I can configure periodic updates from the server, but this is not what I want to do.

Is it possible? After a long search, I did not find a link to this.
