How to display the Eclipse working set?

How do I display a working set in Eclipse?

I am using Eclipse and I am trying to organize my projects in working sets. When I deleted one of my working folders (by pressing the delete key on the working set), two options appeared: delete or hide. I clicked on hide, but now I want to display this folder - how can I do this?

I assume that you are in the "Package" or "Project Explorer" view when you click the "Delete" button.
