Creating a chart on communityCRM 6.5 community

Question

I am trying to create a pie chart in my SugarCRM toolbar. I followed the link, but did not get the pie chart drawn on the toolbar.

I can see the title (label) of the chart in the popup window for adding a dashlet, but when I add the same, nothing is added to the toolbar.
