The Google Maps Geocoding API gives ZERO_RESULTS for Valid Addresses

Question

We use the Google API for geocoding. We have geocoded some 10K addresses successfully. For some reason, the API returns "GeoCoding Error: status = ZERO_RESULTS" for the addresses below. We tried several times, but we still get the same ZERO_RESULTS error only for these addresses. Note. These addresses appear in a Google map search.
