How to do a whois search for new gTLDs?

Does anyone know how to do WhoIs searches (PHP or JavaScript) for new sponsored TLDs that come out - like asinsurance.guru, etc., there seem to be hundreds of them.

In other words, since new domains come in turn, there will be a general request to one whois whois.net server ?? resolve new domain names or whether there will be another whois server for each tld.

EDIT: To fix some confusion, I'm trying to find domain availability for new tlds, rather than finding dns using new tlds. Although thinking about it if the domain is in use, it is sure that it is not available.
