SQL Server 2012 installation error

I get this error when I try to install SQL 2012 server. Any help would be appreciated.

This is probably due to the C ++ library being corrupted. To do this, you can try to restore the .Net infrastructure by following these steps: a. Click the "Start" button, select "Control Panel" and then "Add or Remove Programs." b. In the Currently installed programs list, select Microsoft.NET Framework, and then click Change / Remove. from. Click Restore, and then click Next.
