CSS converted (rotated) text looks un-smooth in Chrome and Firefox (Windows)

If I applied the rotation to the text, it will not be smoothed in Firefox and Chrome (only in Windows), but it will correctly display in IE. In addition, it displays correctly in Chrome and Firefox on Mac OS X.

Here are screenshots comparing three browsers in my Windows 8:

CSS conversions for the above are easy

transform: rotate(-1.5deg) translateY(-2px);

Here is the fiddle:

Any ideas?
