Fields in the XAML Editor Property Window Becomes Immune

Edit: I see that “Silverlight” is in front of my question, which, as I understand it, may have something to do with the alphabetical order of my tabs ... indeed, Visual Studio 2013 should be in front, does anyone know maybe can it be changed?

I have been using the new version of Visual Studio 2013 for about a week, and I found some quirks with it. The one that seems to work the most when I'm working on something in the XAML editor, all of a sudden, if I go to the properties window, I can't type anything. I do not run / debug. I can print the material in a regular XAML code editor window.

Even a stranger, at one point, I could make the cursors appear in the fields. I typed a bunch of trash and only one character from what I typed. Another time, I could not enter values in the properties, but I could double-click on the event in the event window and create a new event handler. Just a minute ago I had the opposite, where I could not double-click in the event window.

I think that VS 2013 introduced asynchronous processing of more things, can this be related to this? Or maybe because I use Silverlight? Right now my only workaround is to restart VS, does anyone know about this? Has anyone else experienced this?

I am going to submit a bug report, but the time has come before the patch appears, so I wonder if someone can better understand the problem and find a workaround? Or maybe just confirm that it exists and that I am not crazy / my computer was chasing.

Edit: I have to mention another strange thing that happened two nights ago. I thought that was how I do it, but I never understood how I could handle this without noticing. I worked on a piece of code, went to work after changing several lines, and suddenly I had a lot of compiler errors. I move on to user management, which I have not touched for several hours, and suddenly the main LayoutRoot grid is completely empty. Fortunately, I devoted myself to controlling the source, but still ...
