Implementing a Service Provider Using OPEN SAML - JAVA

After many analyzes, it turned out that SAMLV2.0 provides an excellent service for exchanging data between security web domains.

In my scenario, I am trying to implement a Service Provider (SP) using Shibboleth's new OPEN SAML-JAVA http://shibboleth.net/products/opensaml-java.html .

I read about a ton of SAML docs at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_Assertion_Markup_Language and its components. I did not find a document useful in the steps of implementing a service provider.

Can someone help me on where to start and what are the steps required to implement my SP as a whole?

Also, if there is any sample documentation for open-saml - java is evaluated.

In implementation, When to generate MetaData (one that needs to be consistent between SP and IdP)?

And also Should I use TestShib https://www.testshib.org/index.html as an IdP test, since I use the Shibboleth OPEN SAML-JAVA library? Is there any other test platform, can you advise me?

Thanks in advance.
