Why does it indicate "Disabled" in my DBPg debugger module for Notepad ++?

This question is related to DBPg debuggerinstalled as a plugin in Notepad ++. This is for debugging PHP code. I installed xDebug for PHP, and my phpinfo () outputs indicate that xDebug is installed. I have PHP installed:

C:\PHP

and the xDebug.dll file php_xdebug-2.2.3-5.5-vc11.dllinstalled in:

C:\PHP\ext

dbgpPlugin.dllis in my Notepad ++ modules directory, and everything works fine, but I have a status disconnected,

Disconnected status in drop down field

and my step buttons are not activated. They remain gray. I am wondering because of the plugin configuration. I am not sure for what settings Local Pathand Remote Path, or for their installation.
