I encountered such a problem, I use the mail service, which is included in the letter, has a URL leading to a page of my site with a hash tag. In the desktop version, everything is going well and the hash is not lost, but if you go to the mail from your iPad or iphone and go to the link in the letter, it redirects you to the page and the hash is lost. Who is facing a similar problem?
