How to open a Facebook app to share a link to WP8?

I am wondering how to open the official Facebook application for exchanging URIs from my C # code on Windows Phone. A regular Uri-Scheme, for example "fb://", can open an application, but not a single parameter works. I have something similar, but this will not work for me:

LaunchUriAsync(new Uri("fb://publish/profile/me?text=foo"));

Of course, I know what I can use ShareTask, but that’s not what I want. You can take a look at the Spotfy app, it does exactly what I want to do when you share a song.
