Access my localhost from my Android tablet

I am running Apache / MySQL / PHP and I want to see my localhost on my Android tablet. I read here that if the tablet is also on the same WiFi network as the server on my laptop, I could find out the IP address of my laptop using the ipconfig command and make it work ...

So IP

192.168.0.199

I went to my tablet, entered IP and nothing. Cleverly research here and found out what the problem is: "My Windows Firewall."

If I disable Windows Firewall, I can access my local host from my tablet. Obviously, I don’t want to turn off the firewall, so the question is how to allow Windows firewalls to access my Android tablets?

I suppose I need to add an exception, but I don't know what parameters are. Help!

You can allow your device to access your local host without disabling the firewall by following these steps:

1 find out your mobile IP address, it differs in how to get it from an Android device to the device. In my device, I can get it by doing settings → WIFI → advanced, then find my mobile IP address.

2 follow the correct answer to question so that your firewall allows access to a specific IP address.

but, as @Alexei said, you must know the port you want to access, otherwise you won’t get anything.
