Preliminary rendering of an angularJS application using PhantomJS for SEO

I have a website developed in AngularJS that I need to run Google to crawl, so I followed this guide: http://www.yearofmoo.com/2012/11/angularjs-and-seo.html

All is well and good, but the HTML that it outputs still has ng-repeat directives, and the filters do not seem to work:

No matter what term I use, all items are displayed instead of a filtered list.

Is this possible, since filtering occurs after the page is fully loaded?
