Oozi stuck in PREP state

Question

I have a problem with oozie coordinators. Below are my work properties and xml file codes. There were no errors when sending the job, but the job is always in the "PREP" state. I have to manually kill the job after some degree of expectation. When performing a workflow job separately, it was successfully completed.

Could you tell me what could be wrong with my work?
