There are WNS for Windows 8, Urban AirShip for Android and iOS devices, but I can not find the push notification API in Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7.
Is there an API for these OS?
If not, why is this not happening? Is there a reason or is it just that no one wants to invest in "hacker" technology for the "old" operating systems?
