How to add content description to an existing Android dialog

Question

I am reusing AlertDialog for Android (link here: http://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/AlertDialog.html ).

I need to add content descriptions to dialog buttons. Is there a way to do this without creating a full custom Android dialog box?
