Unable to connect after failure in acceleration mode

When I start the boot book in acceleration mode and for some reason an obscure task is not performed, the next start will not connect with the following error

GATHERING FACTS *************************************************************** 
fatal: [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] => Failed to connect to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5099

FATAL: no hosts matched or all hosts have already failed -- aborting

etc.

Then, the incomplete work is performed on the target host. I launched

kill -9 $(ps -aux | grep accelerate | awk '{print $2}')

to kill this process and run the next run.

Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it.
