Access denied during installation of visual studio

when I try to install Visual Studio Professional (2012, 2013, 2013 SP2), an error occurs: Installation mechanism (access is denied).

The log file shows me the following errors:

I stopped my antivirus for installation, started the installation as an administrator, and I followed this page:

I have windows 7 with SP1 (x64),. Net framework 4.5.1.

just stop your antivirus and try again. it solved my problem
