How do I know which gatekeeper signature an OS X application uses?

From a recent Apple post:

With the release of OS X Mavericks 10.9.5, OS X mode will recognize that signed applications will change. Signatures created using OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5 or earlier (signatures v1) will become obsolete and Gatekeeper will no longer be able to recognize them. Users can receive a Gatekeeper Warning and you will need to free your application to continue using It. For your applications to work without warning in upgraded versions of OS X, they must be signed to OS X Mavericks 10.9 or later (v2 signatures).

How do I know if my application should be decommissioned?
