Webrtc flow in windows is slow

We use webrtc to share Windows Remote Desktop. Even when the remote machine has a channel with high bandwidth up to 2.5 Mbit / s and the maximum bitrate configured in SDP is 1 Mbit / s, the stream cannot receive more than 50 Kbit / s, which leads to poor quality / sharp stream . With a similar setup with a Mac as a remote host, we get a bandwidth of up to 250 Kbps on the local system, which leads to a smooth stream. After some analysis, we found that this is not a network problem, because the Windows machine can perform other network tasks with full bandwidth and is not connected to the local network or the delay (since mac as a remote peer gives better results) Webrtc on Windows as- it writes to the network stack more slowly compared to the Mac,The FPS is captured on 28, but the FPS leaves from 4 to 10 and stays there for a sufficient amount of time. Is this something known? Am I doing something wrong? Do we have any hacks to configure network window processing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
