Google Plus 21-digit URL Link to Google Place ID and Link Numbers

What is the relationship between the identifier and the Google Place reference number and the same place, the 21-digit Google Plus number used in the Google Plus Place URL?

I want to link the Google Plus URLs for 100 different businesses on my site. However, I don’t know the Google Plus URL for each business. But I know the Google Place ID and the reference number for each of the businesses. Can I get a 21-digit Google Plus for Business number from my Google Places ID and link number? If so, what is the formula that creates the 21-digit Google Plus number?

Or is the Google Plus number completely random, so there’s no connection with the Google Place ID and reference number?

The identifier gives you the URL, just the prefix it is " https://plus.google.com/ ", but as far as I know, there is no way to get ref from the identifier. The ref link is returned by the API searches, and when you have a valid link number, if you want to specify the details (e.g. reviews) from this link, you should leave it somewhere, and this is a pain because it is a very long line. Therefore, if someone knows how to get a link from an identifier that would be great!
