Umbraco 7.1.4 Media manager, identifier exists after deletion

Hey guys, using visual studio 2012, C # / net 4.5, Umbraco 7.1.4.

There was a problem with the media folder.

I deleted the images and folders in the media folder through CMS.

However, when I did this, the content pages were still trying to find and use these images.

So, I deleted any links from all media pickers.

There was still a problem, so I checked my code and was still looking for the file.

So, this time I looked around and left the basket. Still trying to find the id.

So, I looked at the Folder on window explorer folder, all the files were there ... weird. so I deleted all of them. Guess what? still trying to find the media. I checked my solution researcher, you already guessed that there is still there! so I deleted it too.

So, all media files are deleted, all links are deleted, all images in folders are deleted.

there should be no links, no images.

but guess what, I go through the following code, and somewhere in Umbraco it still has image IDs.

@if (Model.Content.GetPropertyValue("logo") != null)
{
    var mediaItem = Umbraco.TypedMedia(Model.Content.GetPropertyValue("logo", true));
    <img class="img-logo" src="@mediaItem.GetPropertyValue("umbracoFile")" width="100" height="50" alt=""/>
}

Can someone please tell me what is going on?

Additional Information:

I published my site and sent it to my dev server, the database did not move, since my local copy and the dev copy now point to the same database. It was a test to see if the publication would work.

when I used the site, although not a single image that showed, although the images were in folders. I looked around and found it strange. So I decided to delete all the images and links, the 1st I deleted all the folders in cms. then I removed all the links from the content. The rest, as I said, is explained, no matter what I do, I'm still trying to find these damned Images.

Any help would be awesome as I am completely stuck.

Also: it should be noted that

@if (Model.Content.GetPropertyValue("logo") != null)
