How to publish noccommerce in azure

I am new to nopcommerce. nopcommerce works great in visual express for the web, and I configured a few features. I tried to publish it in azure: I changed the assembly for each project in the solution release and made a rebuild. I highlight the Nop.Web project (or NopAdmin) and click the publication and follow the steps: however, the publication does not complete. In azure, I see a database and a website created. I was looking for how to publish on azure, but can find the answer. I am using nopcommerce 3 and visual express 2013 for the web where can I find a step-by-step publication guide?
