Can I use a computer camera from a Windows 8.1 phone emulator?

I am very new to developing Windows phones. I am trying to come up with a simple photo taking app. For testing, I need to run the emulator and take a photo from the emulator using a computer camera. However, if I start shooting a camera, it shows very interesting shapes and does not use a computer camera. Is there a way to use a PC camera directly from the emulator and take photos?

There is no way to do this, you just get “interesting shapes,” and that’s it.
