How to find out if user transparency is disabled in the settings & # 8594; Availability?

I am working on a Widget / Today View extension, and I would like to adapt the design if the user has disabled the transparency effect in Settings → General → Accessibility.

Indeed, in case the user has disabled transparency, the overall appearance of the notification center is so different that my default project is ugly.

Do you know how to get these settings to respond accordingly?
