How would you pick storm data after a certain period of time?

For example, you could say that you used a storm to aggregate the start and end dates of a web visit. A session begins with the user's first visit and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity from the same user. This data is transmitted to the storm in real time as it is collected. How would you say that a storm would give out data after this 30 minutes of inactivity?
